I have been baking most of my life. As a child I would stand on a chair making cakes with my mum in our family kitchen. I can remember the joy and excitement of weighing, mixing and baking. I loved to peep through the oven door and watch the mixture rise, pure magic.

Baking makes me happy. That's why my cakes are so delicious - because you can taste the happiness in every bite. I love the buzz of seeing people enjoy my creations, whether it is a scone for afternoon tea, or a special cake for a big celebration. I am continually experimenting with new recipes and good ingredients. I successfully create my own recipes and am the proud owner of my ever expanding recipe book.
